We want to make your shopping experience easier. For first responders, we are offering a personalized pick up option at our Longo's Maple Leaf Square Store. You can now provide your shopping list by email, using the instructions below, and have the order shopped for you. If you are interested in using this service, and to ensure the best experience possible, please carefully read and follow the instructions below. See you in store!
How to Place your Pick-Up Order
Please download the Longo’s Store Pick-up Order List at the link below to fill in your contact information and preferred date and time of pick-up. In the same form, fill in your order details. Be sure to include the full product name, brand, size and quantity of each item, (i.e. Longo’s Spring Water -12 x 500ml, 2 cases). Attach the completed Longo’s Store Pick-up Order List and email to: or respond to this email.
How to Pay
Payment is available in-store with either Debit or Credit and will be made at the time of pick up. Our debit and credit terminals provide contactless payment (tap) up to $250.
How to Pick-Up Your Order
Your Longo’s team will confirm the date and time of pick-up as soon as possible. On the day of pick-up, you will be contacted to discuss any substitutions or out of stock products. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will be asked to pick-up your order as soon as possible. Upon arriving at your store, please make your way to the Personal Touch Services/Guest Services desk to collect and pay for your order. If there is a line outside, please let the Longo’s Team Member or Security Guard know that you’re there to pick up your order. You will be able to skip the line. Please note: • If any item is not available, we will attempt to provide a substitute item of similar price and specification. Any substitutions will be reviewed with you prior to payment. • We cannot promise a set date or time for pick-up, but we will let you know as soon as possible when your order is ready.
