Beef Teriyaki Bowls

1 pkg (400g) beef stir-fry strips

2 tsp minced fresh ginger

3/4 cup teriyaki sauce

1 pkg (400g) Longo’s Kitchen Cooked Sticky Rice

3 cups coleslaw mix

Longo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fresh garlic


  • Heat 1 tbsp Longo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté beef, 2 cloves minced garlic and ginger for 5 minutes or until browned. Stir in teriyaki sauce to warm through; remove from heat.
  • Heat rice per package directions; divide among 4 bowls. Top with beef mixture and coleslaw mix to serve.
  • Tips
  • Serve with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce for everyone to dress their own bowl. If you’re not a fan of coleslaw mix, which includes cabbage and carrot, simply substitute 1 cup each of thinly sliced cucumber and 1 sliced avocado instead.
