Chicken and Waffles with Sriracha Coleslaw

1 pkg (460g) Longo’s Breaded Chicken Strips

1 pkg (420g) Belgian waffles (about 6)

1/3 cup Longo’s Coleslaw Dressing

1 tbsp sriracha sauce

1 bag (397g) coleslaw mix


Salt and pepper


  • Place chicken strips on half of a baking sheet in preheated 350°F oven for 10 minutes. Turn chicken over and add waffles to other half of baking sheet. Heat for 5 minutes or until waffles are hot.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together coleslaw dressing, sriracha and a pinch of salt. Stir in coleslaw to coat.
  • Top each waffle with coleslaw and chicken.
  • Tips
  • Double the dressing to drizzle half over top of chicken and waffles when serving. Keep these ingredients on hand for kids to whip up dinner during the week.
