Chocolate Almond Cherry Mounds

1 1/2 cups corn flakes cereal

1 cup Longo’s Organic Dried Cherries or Cranberries

1/2 cup Longo’s Slivered Almonds, toasted

1/3 cup Longo’s Golden Raisins

1/4 cup Longo’s Shelled Pistachios

8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped and melted

2 oz white chocolate, chopped and melted


  • Mix cereal, cherries, almonds, raisins and pistachios together in large bowl. Stir in melted semisweet chocolate until nuts and dried fruit are completely coated in chocolate.
  • Using heaping tablespoonfuls, drop mounds of the mixture onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Chill for about 1 hour or until solid.
  • With the tines of a fork, drizzle white chocolate evenly over each chilled mound.
  • Make-ahead - Mounds can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
