Cranberry Mustard Sauce

Yield about 1 1/2 cups


2 tsp Longo’s 100% Pure Canola Oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small clove garlic, minced

1 can (348mL) whole berry cranberry sauce

1/4 cup each Longo’s Dijon Mustard and whole grain mustard

2 tbsp Longo’s Honey

1/4 tsp each salt and pepper


  • Heat oil in small skillet over medium-low heat. Cook onion for about 5 minutes or until softened; stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute; remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
  • Combine cranberry sauce, both mustards, honey, salt and pepper in blender. Add onion mixture and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
