Ginger Turkey Rice Bowl

1 pkg (450g) ground turkey

2 tbsp minced fresh ginger

1 bag (500g) frozen Longo’s Oriental Blend Mixed Vegetables, thawed slightly

1/2 cup Longo’s Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

1 container (400g) Longo’s Cooked Black and Brown Rice, heated


  • Heat 2 tbsp Longo’s 100% Pure Canola oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook turkey, ginger and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper, stirring, for about 8 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Remove to plate.
  • Return skillet to medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp Longo’s 100% Pure Canola Oil. Sauté vegetables for about 5 minutes. Add turkey and chili sauce; cook, stirring, for 2 minutes to heat through.
  • Serve turkey mixture over rice.
  • Plant-based substitute
