3 tbsp Longo’s Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

2 tbsp lime juice

4 1/2 tsp ketchup

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 tomatoes, diced

1 English cucumber, finely diced

1 small onion, finely diced

1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves and stems

1/2 tsp salt

1 bag (454g) Longo’s Cooked Large Black Tiger Shrimp

(41/50), thawed and tails removed

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 lime, cut into 6 or 8 wedges

Longo’s Signature Piri Piri Cooking and Grilling Sauce (optional)


  • Whisk together orange and lime juices, ketchup and Worcestershire in large bowl. Stir in tomatoes, cucumber, onion, cilantro and salt; stir well to combine. Add shrimp and stir to coat.
  • Spoon into cocktail glasses or small bowls. (Make-ahead - Cover and refrigerated for up to 8 hours.) Top each with avocado and lime wedge. Drizzle with sauce, if desired.
