Hickory Chicken Wings with Maple Bourbon Sauce

1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp Longo’s Ground Mustard
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp each Longo’s Onion Powder and Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
3lb chicken wings
1/2 cup Longo’s Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce
- •Combine paprika, mustard, salt, onion, garlic powder and chili powder in large bowl. Add wings and toss to coat well.
- •Place soaked wood chips in half of grill and heat to high heat. Once the chips are smoking, turn off the other side of the grill and reduce the heat of the side with the wood chips to medium.
- •Place chicken wings on unlit side of grill, close lid and keep temperature around 350°F. Grill, turning once, for 15 minutes. Start brushing with BBQ sauce and continue turning for another 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
