Slashed Chicken Drumsticks and Slaw

1 pkg (750g) Longo’s Chicken Drumsticks (about 12)
2 tbsp Longo’s Chili Powder
1 cup Longo’s Grilling Sauce (pick a flavour)
2 cups Longo’s Kettle Cooked Sweet BBQ Potato Chips, crushed
1 container (400g) Longo’s Coleslaw
- •Using small pairing knife, make slashes about 1/4 inch deep all over the drumsticks.
- •In small bowl, stir together chili powder and 1 tsp each salt and pepper. Add 3 tbsp Longo’s 100% Pure Canola Oil. Rub mixture all over drumsticks (you can use gloves, so not to stain your hands).
- •Place drumsticks on greased preheated grill over medium heat. Close lid and grill, turning occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside and thermometer reaches 165°F. Remove from grill and place in large bowl; add grilling sauce and toss well to coat. Return to grill for 5 minutes to set sauce and return to bowl. Sprinkle with chips and toss to coat.
- •Serve drumsticks with coleslaw.
