Strip Loin with Montreal Steak Spice Wet Rub
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Longo’s Montreal Style Steak Spice
1 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Longo’s Signature Ancho Chili Smoked Grilling Oil
1 tbsp Longo’s Signature Old Fashioned Barbecue Sauce
4 strip loin steaks, about 3/4-inch thick (8 oz each)
- •Combine parsley, garlic, steak spice, Dijon, grilling oil and barbecue sauce.
- •Pat steaks dry with paper towel. Rub spice mixture all over both sides of steaks and let stand for 15 minutes.
- •Grill steaks on greased preheated grill over medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side for medium or to desired doneness. Tent with foil and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
