Summer Fresh Maple Leaf 50/50™ Sausage Dinner

1 package Maple Leaf 50/50 dinner sausage
2 cups fresh peas, cooked and drained
1/3 cup feta crumbled
1 ½ tbsp Longo's Organic Fresh Mint
1 tbsp Longo's Country Churned Butter, softened
4 russet potatoes, baked
- •Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and cook sausage per package directions. Keep warm.
- •In a skillet melt butter and add cooked peas, mint and season with salt and pepper. Warm through and sprinkle feta over top.
- •Serve sausage as a complete meal with peas, and warm baked potato.
A dash of advice
Try your favorite BBQ sauce as a dip with your sausage. Create a fun topping bar for your baked potatoes using sour cream, soft butter, herbs, cheeses and bacon.
