Yes. When you pay for an order using multiple Gift Cards, any remaining balance will be stored on the last Gift Card entered. This Gift Card and the remaining balance will automatically be added to your saved payment methods in your account and can be used towards future orders. If you wish to use the remaining balance on your Gift Card in-store, you must keep the physical card. Otherwise, you can only use the remaining amount online at Longo's delivered by Grocery Gateway. 

To ensure you keep the right Gift Card for use in-store, confirm which Gift Card was saved to your account after checking out by reviewing your saved payment methods and referring to the Gift Card number. 

No, Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. They are intended for use exclusively as a payment method for Longo’s purchases.

There are no fees for activation, redemption or inactivity.

No, you don’t pay taxes at the time of purchasing a Gift Card. Taxes are only charged when a gift card is redeemed to buy taxable products or services.

No, neither physical nor eGift Cards are refundable.

To check the balance of your Gift Card, get in touch with our Guest Care team or visit us at any Longo’s store. Alternatively, when shopping online, you can add your Gift Card as a payment method during checkout to see the balance of your Gift Card displayed.

No. Gift Cards are unable to be loaded with additional funds.

While Thank You Rewards points cannot be earned on Longo’s Gift Card purchases, you can enjoy earning rewards points when you redeem a Gift Card for your purchases. This means that when you gift a Longo’s Gift Card, the recipient receives twice the benefits – the monetary value and rewards points!

Protect your Gift Card like cash. Unfortunately, any remaining balance on a lost, stolen or damanged Gift Card cannot be replaced.

Yes, restrictions on purchasing eGift Cards are:

Delivery Method: eGift Cards are delivered exclusively by email. If you choose “Self-Delivery,” we’ll send the eGift Card to your email for you to personally hand-deliver to the recipient.

Max Purchase Limit: There is a maximum purchase limit of $500 per transaction for eGift Cards.

Delivery Timeframes: Your eGift Card will be delivered any time after 12 am on the selected date. If you choose Self-Delivery, you can expect your eGift Card to arrive in your inbox within 1 hour for you to hand-deliver to the recipient.

Email Delivery: Expect the eGift Card to be delivered to the recipient’s inbox any time after 12 am on the selected date.

Self-Delivery: Your eGift Card can take up to 1 hour after the time of purchase to be delivered to your inbox, ready for you to hand-deliver to the recipient.

No, unfortunately Longo’s eGift Cards cannot be purchased in bulk.

We offer an exclusive discount for corporate (bulk) purchases of Longo's Gift Cards. When you buy Longo's Gift Cards totalling $2,000 or more, you'll receive a 5% discount on your order.

Once you’ve placed a corporate (bulk) order for Gift Cards, you can expect your Gift Cards to be prepared for pick up within 24-48 hours. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready. To collect your Gift Cards, just stop by the Guest Services counter at the Longo’s location you specified during the ordering process and one of our friendly Team Members will provide you your order.

3. Longos.com: At the Payment & Billing step of checkout, select “Add a Longo’s Gift Card,” and enter your Gift Card information, then select “Submit” and proceed to checkout.

For eGift Cards:

1. In-Store Checkout: Present a printed copy or display your eGift Card on your mobile device for your cashier to scan during checkout.

2. Self-Checkout: After scanning your items, select “Gift Card” as your payment method, then scan the eGift Card barcode on your mobile phone or printout.

3. Longos.com: At the Payment & Billing step of checkout, select “Add a Longo’s Gift Card,” enter your Gift Card information, then select “Submit” and proceed to checkout.
