Store Community Giving Request Form

Please review the Longo’s Focus Areas and Charitable Giving Programs information before filling out this form. Requests should be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance of when the support is required. Support for local community requests consists of Longo’s gift cards that can be used for prizing or towards purchasing gift baskets or food. For requests that impact multiple Longo’s store communities, or for corporate donations/sponsorships, fill out the Sponsorship and Corporate Giving Request form here.

NOTE: All application requests for support are subject to approval based on how well the request aligns with Longo’s focus areas and giving criteria, budgets and other considerations. You will receive an e-mail notification once your request has been received. Your request will be evaluated, and you will receive an e-mail response within 10 - 15 business days.
