What you'll do
Master the foundations of classic French cooking with Chef Christina in this hands-on class focused on the art of mother sauces! You'll learn to create a Béarnaise-style sauce for Steak Bites, a garlic aioli to elevate truffle fries and a creamy béchamel for a decadent cauliflower gratin. Along the way, we'll explore a Mediterranean shakshuka with garlicky tomato sauce and finish with a silky panna cotta with mango coulis. This class is perfect for home cooks eager to build confidence in sauce-making while preparing a full, flavorful menu. Guests will split into groups, and each group will tackle one recipe from start to finish. At the end of the class, guests will sample all of the recipes.
