What you'll do
Growing up in an Italian household, Chef John enjoyed his share of Momma Belas Spaghetti and Meatballs, but in todays class, Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela will take the common meatball to new heights. You will help to make Southern-Style Baked Chicken and Ricotta Meatballs with Spinach Alfredo Sauce, Irresistible Thai Chicken Meatballs in a Coconut Red Curry Sauce, Korean Gochujang Glazed Beef Meatballs with a Spicy Gochujang Mayo Dip, Italian Chicken Piccata Meatballs served with Fresh Pasta and Beef Cheeseburger Meatballs with a Popular Burger Sauce. We will bring up your meatball game to a new level!
