In-Store Classes

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations are available up to 48 hours before the class begins and a refund will be provided. To cancel a Loft class purchased in-store, please visit the Guest Services/Personal Touch Services Counter at the Longo’s location where you purchased the class. To cancel a Loft class purchased online, please call our Guest Care team at 1-800-956-6467, email us at guestcare@longos.com, or send us a direct message on social media. Refunds will not be given for a missed class. Longo’s reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. If Longo’s cancels a class, you’ll be notified by email and your payment method will be refunded.

 

Allergies

The Loft is not an allergy or nut free space. We are unable to guarantee that food and equipment have not come into contact with any allergens.

Virtual Classes may include the use of ingredients that either you, or a family member, are allergic to. It is up to you to make any substitutions to the shopping list that are required as the result of an allergy.
