Getting Started
No. Feel free to browse our offerings and service information without creating an account. If you are not signed in to an account, when you add a product to your cart, you will be prompted to sign in or create an account.
To create an account, select “My Account” at the top of the website, then “Create an Account”.
Our minimum order requirement is $10.00, excluding tax and service fees.
>Once you have selected the “Add to Cart” button below or beside the product photo, the button will show a “1” indicating that one unit of that product is in your cart. You can also add more of that item, using the “+” button, or remove the item, using the “-” button. Additionally, each time you add an item to your cart, the mini cart (located at the top of the website) will appear displaying the product and quantity added to your cart. You can review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon located at the top right of the website.
Using the main menu, you can browse the products available for preorder by selecting "Preorder for In-store Pickup" and looking through the available product categories such as “Catering”, “Longo’s Takeout” or “Flowers”.
If you have have a longos.com account:
- Sign-in to longos.com.
- Select Subscribe to Email located in the footer of the website.
- Once on the Subscribe to Email page, input the requested information.
- Select Subscribe to subscribe to Longo’s emails.
If you don’t have a longos.com account:
Scroll to the bottom of Longos.com and click on "Subscribe to Email." Fill out the form to subscribe.
Longo’s Takeout is the fastest and most simple way to get your favourite Longo’s Kitchen meal for lunch or dinner. With Longo’s Takeout, you can place your order from your home or office, and we’ll let you know when to leave for pick up. When you arrive, skip the line and be in and out of Longo’s in minutes. The best part - your coffee and meals are prepared just for you. No large batches and no cold takeout. To place an order, select “Preorder for In-store Pickup”, then “Takeout” from the main menu.
