My Orders

Whether you completed your order as a registered user or a Guest user, you can view your order at any time. Click on "My Orders" at the top of the screen.

Enter the email address you used to place the order and the order number provided in your confirmation email to continue.

Yes, you can cancel products up to 48 hours before the order pickup time. The deadline to cancel will also be noted on your order confirmation.

You can also cancel a class registration up to 48 hours before class start time.

Simply click on "My Orders" at the top of the page and use your email and order number to view your order summary. Select "Modify" at the top of your order and select the items you'd like to cancel.

Currently, preorders cannot be modified after they are placed. If you need to make a change to your order, you’ll need to cancel your existing order and place a new one. Since refunds are processed instantly, you can immediately place a new order including your changes.  

To cancel an order, navigate to My Account then My Orders and select “Cancel” next to the order you wish to cancel. Please keep in mind that the cut-off time to cancel and order is 48 hours before your scheduled pickup window. 

If you don't see your order confirmation email in your inbox, we recommend checking your "spam", "junk", "promotions" or other folders within your email to see if the order confirmation has arrived there. You may also call Guest Care for assistance.

You will be refunded to the method of payments you used to place the order. This include Thank You Rewards points.
