Payment Methods
You can pay for your order online by VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, or American Express. You can also use Longo's eGift Cards and your Longo's Thank You Rewards points.
If you have a Longo's account, you can add a form of payment in your account to use each time you place an order.
To place your order and checkout, please follow these steps:
- Add the products you need to your shopping cart.
- Select the Cart icon (located on the top right of your screen on desktop or mobile). You'll arrive at the My Cart page.
- Select Checkout. You'll enter the checkout process.
- Proceed to checkout by either signing in to your Longo's Account or proceeding as a Guest. You can only save a payment method to your account if you are a signed in user.
Step 1: Payment & Billing
- Select Add a new Credit or Debit Card to review and fill out the Add a Credit or Debit Card form.
Filling out the Add a Credit or Debit Card Form
- Start by selecting the drop-down under the title "Card Type" to reveal your payment options and choose from one of the following:
o Visa
o Visa Debit
o Mastercard
o Debit Mastercard
o Amex
- Select the checkbox "Add card to my saved payment methods". This will add this card to your saved payment methods for use on purchases.
- Select Submit to use this card as your payment method.
- Select Continue to proceed to step 2, Order Review.
Step 2: Order Review
- Review your order carefully and select Place Order.
Step 3: Order Confirmation
- Order Confirmation is the end of your checkout process. This is where you can find a detailed summary of your order. You will also receive an email confirmation in your inbox. This completes your online shopping transaction.
Yes. You are able to pay be credit or debit card, Longo's Thank You Rewards points or credits as well as Longo's Gift Cards.
However, only credit card is accepted if you are purchasing a Longo's eGift Card.
To ensure you receive promotions from us make sure you opt-in to receive emails from Longo’s. If you are a Longo's Thank You Rewards member, you'll also receive promotions in "My Offers", viewable in "My Account" on Longos.com. You can also sometimes find promo codes in our emails, flyers, and Experience Magazine.
While viewing your cart, or during checkout, you can enter a promo code in the area that provides your order subtotal. Please be sure to enter your promo code prior to selecting “Checkout”. Only one promo code will be accepted during checkout. Promo codes are case sensitive and must be entered in all caps.
The promo code may be expired, or you may have already used it on a previous order. Please ensure you’ve entered your promotional code correctly – promo codes are case sensitive and must be entered in all caps. If you have a promotional code to apply to your order but it is not working, and you believe it should be, please contact our Guest Care team.
If you entered a promo code or have a credit on your account that was not being applied during the checkout process, or does not appear on your final invoice, please contact our Guest Care team.
