Longo's Thank You Rewards
Turn your weekly bunch of carrots into a free birthday cake. Longo’s Thank You Rewards is your way of earning points on your purchases to use towards future discounts. It is free to participate in and it’s easy. The more you shop, the more you earn and save.
- With every $25 spent on groceries Monday to Sunday, you will earn 25 points.
- You can redeem your points once you’ve accumulated at least 2,000 points.
You can pick up a Longo's Thank You Rewards card at any Longo's location. With physical card in hand, activate your Thank You Rewards card by signing up for Thank You Rewards online.
If you’re unable to visit a Longo’s store to pick up a card, sign up for Longo’s Thank You Rewards online, and we’ll assign a digital card to you in your account. You’ll also receive an email containing your digital card number. Now all you have to do is start shopping!
Base Points are the number of Thank You Rewards points you have earned based on your order total. Bonus Points are Thank You Rewards points that are awarded with the purchase of particular products in addition to Base Points during promotions. For example, we may offer 200 Bonus Points with the purchase of a particular Longo’s product. If you purchase that product, you will receive your Base Points plus an additional 200 Bonus Points.
You can earn points faster by taking advantage of our Online Specials, in-store flyer, and Bonus Points offers. As a Thank You Rewards Member, you’ll also receive exclusive offers to your email when you opt-in to receive emails at the time of creating your Longo’s account.
To check your Longo’s Thank You Rewards point balance, sign in to Longo's account, select “My Account”, then "My Thank You Rewards" at the top of the website. Review the “My Thank You Rewards” section for information about your rewards card and point balance.
Whether your card is lost or damaged, replacing your Thank You Rewards card is easy, just follow these simple steps:
- Visit your local Longo’s and pick up a replacement Thank You Rewards card.
- With replacement card in-hand, visit and sign in to Longos.com.
- At the top of the website, select My Account.
- Select My Thank You Rewards.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Replace Card.
- Enter your new card number and, if applicable, your PIN.
- Select Submit to replace your card.
So, you forgot your Thank You Rewards card at home? No problem. We have two great solutions:
1. You can still claim your Thank You Rewards using your digital card! On your mobile device, simply navigate to the Cards & Points section of your account (located under “My Thank You Rewards”), where you'll see your digital card displayed. Show the cashier your card, and our Team Member will scan the barcode. Ta-da! You're well on your way to redeeming for free groceries, food, and services. You can also add your Longo’s Thank You Rewards card to your digital wallet for easy access and earning on the go.
2. If you made a purchase at Longo's in the last 30 days without claiming your Thank You Rewards points, you can add your missing points to your card using our online form.
To add missing points:
- Sign in to Longos.com.
- At the top of the website, select My Account, then Edit Account.
- From the My Account menu, select My Thank You Rewards, then scroll to the Add Missing Points section.
- Select Add Missing Points, then complete and submit the form to add missing points to your card.

About My Offers and Member Pricing
Members of our Thank You Rewards program not only earn points redeemable for free groceries, food, and services, but they also gain access to exclusive Member Pricing where they can earn savings on select products in-store. To sign up for our Thank You Rewards program, simply visit www.Longos.com and select “Thank You Rewards” from the main menu, then “Sign Up” located at the top of the page and follow the instructions to join the family. A digital card will be assigned to you in your account, and an email containing your digital card number will be sent to your inbox.
Redeeming an in-store offer is easy! Simply ensure your order meets the offer requirements and scan your Longo’s Thank You Rewards card at Checkout. Any discounts and savings earned by redeeming an offer in-store will be subtracted from your total before payment, and any Thank You Rewards points earned will be applied to your account instantly.
Please note that points earned by redeeming an offer online may take 5 to 7 days after the offer end date to be applied to your account.

Not sure how to subscribe to emails?
- Sign-in to Longos.com.
- Select My Account, then Edit Account at the top of the website.
- Once in your account, select Email Preferences.
- Check the boxes according to the types of email you’d like to receive.
- Select “Save Changes” to save your email preferences.
Offers marked "Just for You" are your personalized, exclusive offers. Exclusive offers are based on your unique shopping behaviour. This means we create these offers for you based on what you've purchased in the past - they aren't available to just anyone - talk about VIP, Mamma Mia!
Yes, you can redeem multiple offers on an order. Feel free to “stack” your offers and watch the rewards and savings pile up!
Yes, offers marked "Unlimited" redemptions available can be redeemed more than one time. You will find this information located in the Offer Details section of the offer.
If you notice you did not receive a discount you should have after redeeming an offer, please get in touch with our Guest Care team or visit the Guest Services Counter at your local Longo's. We’d be happy to assist you.
About Card Lock
Card Lock is a Thank You Rewards feature that allows you to, at any time, ‘lock’ your card, preventing your Thank You Rewards points and credit from being redeemed without your consent.
Locking your card is the simplest way to keep your hard-earned rewards points safe and sound until you are ready to unlock the card and redeem them
To lock your card, follow the steps below.
- Sign in to longos.com
- Navigate to My Account
- Select My Thank You Rewards
- In the My Card & Points section, toggle on Lock Card
Plus, when you activate Lock Card, all cards linked to the same rewards card number will also be locked automatically.
