Hayter's Farm

Located in Dashwood, Ontario, the Hayter family has proudly run a small, hands-on turkey farm for more than 60 years. Their turkeys roam free in spacious surroundings and are raised without antibiotics. The result? Turkeys that deliver incredible taste and nutrition.

Longo’s Meal Kits are available for purchase online until December 17th, 2025.

Festive Meal Kits will be available for pick up from December 12th to 24th, 2025. However, if you’re picking up from Longo’s Market locations at Brookfield (BCE) or First Canadian Place (FCP), pickup is only available on December 12th, 15th to 19th, and 22nd to 24th.

To pick up your Festive Meal Kit, please visit our Guest Services Counter. You'll be asked to show your order confirmation on your mobile phone or provide your receipt.

Yes! You’ll earn Thank You Rewards points when you purchase a Festive Meal Kit and sides, or just sides. PLUS, bonus points when you purchase any of the following:

  • Festive Whole Turkey Kit = 1000 bonus points
  • Festive Turkey Roast Kit = 500 bonus points
  • Festive Porchetta Kit = 500 bonus points

Please note to earn points on online, your Thank You Rewards card must be linked to your longos.com account. To determine if your card has been linked to your account, sign in and select “My Account”, then “My Thank You Rewards” to view your card and points.

If your rewards card has not been linked to your account, select “My Thank You Rewards” from the main menu, then “Join Thank You Rewards” and follow the prompts to link your card to your account.

Points will be applied to your account on the same day your order is picked up. Bonus points may take up to 30 days to appear

Yes. If you choose to order only side dishes, we’re happy to play a supporting role in your meal.

For your convenience, each dish comes with detailed heating and serving instructions on its label. You can also find basic instructions at longos.com in the description of each product. For some dishes like turkeys, we provide two heating options with varying cook times to suit your schedule and preference. Please note that whole turkeys can take a minimum of 2 hours to reheat.

Currently, orders cannot be modified after they are placed. If you have to make a change to your order, you’ll need to cancel your existing order and place a new one. Since refunds are processed instantly, you can immediately place a new order with your changes.  

To cancel an order, navigate to My Account, then My Orders and select “Cancel” next to the order you wish to cancel. Please keep in mind that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

We no longer offer delivery of our Festive Meal Kits. However, pickup is quick and easy! Upon arrival, visit the Guest Services Counter where one of our Team Members will be happy to assist you.
