1 pkg Longo’s Bambino Burgers (6 burgers) |
6 Longo’s Slider or Bambino Plain Buns |
1/4 cup Longo’s Basil and Sundried Tomato Pesto |
1/2 cup Longo’s Whole Roasted Peppers, sliced and drained |
3/4 cup shredded medium white cheddar cheese |
Directions
DIRECTIONS
Place burgers on preheated greased grill over medium-high heat and cook for about 10 minutes, turning once or until no longer pink inside and an instant read thermometer registers 165°F. Remove from grill and turn grill down to medium-low.
Open buns and place bottom halves into a foil container. Spread with pesto. Place a cooked burger on each bottom, then top with peppers and cheese. Place bun tops overtop and return to grill; close lid and grill for about 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
