BERRY CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT CRÊPE OVERLOAD

Ingredients
8 plain Longo’s Crêpes
1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (approx., plus extra for drizzling)
4 large bananas, sliced
1 tub (500mL) Longo’s Bacio Ice Cream
Chocolate (optional)
Directions
Place a crêpe on work surface. Soften chocolate hazelnut spread in the microwave for 30 seconds or until easy to spread without tearing crêpe.
Spread a generous spoonful of spread over half the crêpe. Arrange some sliced bananas over spread on one-quarter of the crêpe. Fold crêpe in half then into a quarter wedge. Repeat with remaining crêpes, spread and bananas (leaving some banana slices for garnishing).
Arrange filled crêpe wedges on serving plate with reserved banana slices. Warm additional chocolate hazelnut spread and drizzle over plate. Add scoops of ice cream and garnish with grated chocolate, if using. Serve immediately.
Tip: Use a coarse rasp-style grater to grate a small block of chocolate over dishes.
