1 1/2lb green beans, trimmed |
2 tbsp Longo’s Essentials Country Churned Salted Butter |
1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest |
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper |
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese |
2 tbsp finely chopped Longo’s Dried Cranberries |
2 tbsp Longo’s Pine Nuts, toasted |
Directions
DIRECTIONS
Cook green beans in large pot of boiling, salted water for 5 minutes or until tender- crisp; drain and return to pot. Add butter, lemon zest, salt and pepper; toss to coat.
Transfer beans to serving bowl and sprinkle with feta cheese, dried cranberries and pine nuts.
