Ingredients

1 container (946 mL) Longo’s Essentials Low Sodium Vegetable Broth1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce1 pkg (567 g) frozen dumplings (your favourite flavour)1 cup Longo’s frozen Asian style mixed vegetable blend

Directions

Combine broth, ginger and soy sauce in large saucepan; bring to a gentle simmer.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp Longo’s Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat and pan-fry dumplings until golden brown on one side.

Gently add dumplings and vegetables to broth and cook, stirring occasionally for about 4 minutes or until dumplings are cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Ladle into bowls to serve.
