FROZEN BERRY MARGARITA

Ingredients

1 pkg (600g) Longo’s Frozen Berry Blend, divided

3 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp lime zest

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 container (295mL) frozen limeade concentrate

1 bottle (1L) Longo’s Carbonated Spring Water Fresh Longo’s Organic Mint (for garnish)

Directions

Measure 2 1/2 cups of the berries into a blender. Add sugar, lime zest and juice; pulse a few times to break up berries. Add limeade and 1 cup water; purée until smooth, scraping down sides once.

Pour into pitcher and add remaining berries. Gently pour carbonated water into pitcher and stir to

combine. (Alternatively, pour into individual glasses and top with carbonated water.)

Pour over ice into glasses to serve; garnish with mint leaves.

Tequila Margarita: Stir 1/2 cup tequila into fruit purée, if desired.

Berry Ice Ring: Place remaining berries with a few mint leaves into a small Bundt pan instead of

pitcher and cover with water. Freeze until solid. Place frozen berry ring into a punch bowl with mixed margarita to serve.
