GRILLED FAST-FRY PORK AND COLESLAW

Ingredients
1/4 cup Longo’s Organic Japanese Salad Dressing, divided
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 pkg (400g) boneless fast-fry pork loin centre cut chops
1 pkg (397g) coleslaw
3 tbsp chopped fresh Longo’s Organic Cilantro, divided
Directions
Whisk together 2 tbsp Longo’s Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salad dressing, soy sauce and 1/2 tsp pepper.
Place pork chops in shallow dish and add 3 tbsp of the salad dressing mixture; toss well to coat. Stir remaining salad dressing mixture into coleslaw with a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp of the cilantro; toss well to coat. Set aside.
Grill pork chops on preheated medium-high grill, turning occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until well grill marked and no longer pink inside.
Divide coleslaw and pork chops among plates and sprinkle remaining cilantro overtop of chops.
