4 fresh Longo’s Pork Souvlaki (about 500g) |
1 tub (142g) Longo’s Baby Arugula or Spinach |
1 container (255g) Longo’s Seriously Sweet Tomatoes, halved |
1/2 cup Longo’s Goat’s Milk Cheese Crumbles or crumbled feta cheese |
1/2 cup Longo’s Balsamic Salad Dressing |

DIRECTIONS
Heat grill to medium-high, about 450°F. Grill souvlaki, turning occasionally, for about 12 minutes or until thermometer reaches 155°F. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes or until thermometer reaches 160°F.
Stir together arugula, tomatoes and cheese in large bowl. Add salad dressing and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper and toss to combine.
Divide salad among 4 plates and top each with souvlaki to serve.
