GRILLED SHRIMP AND ASPARAGUS PIZZA

1 bag (454g) frozen Longo’s 21/25 Raw Shrimp, thawed, peeled and tails removed

12 asparagus spears, trimmed

1 bag (700g) Longo’s Pizza Dough

1 cup Longo’s Vodka Sauce

2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese

Directions

DIRECTIONS

Toss shrimp with 2 tbsp Longo’s 100% Pure Canola Oil and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper. Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp Longo’s 100% Pure Canola Oil and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper.


Place shrimp and asparagus on greased preheated grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and grill, turning once, for about 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and asparagus is charred. Remove both to a plate.


Roll out pizza dough to a 12- to 14-inch circle. Lightly spray dough with Longo’s Canola Oil Cooking Spray. Place sprayed side down on grill for 3 minutes or until set and grill marked. Spray top, turn dough over and grill for another 3 minutes. Remove to baking sheet. Spread vodka sauce over pizza dough and top with shrimp and asparagus. Sprinkle with cheese and return to grill. Close lid and grill for about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
