GRILLED T-BONE STEAKS

Ingredients

2 Longo’s Prime Grade Certified Angus Beef T-Bone Grilling Steaks, about 1-1/2 inches thick

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh Longo’s Organic Thyme

3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

2 tbsp white miso

Directions

Pat steaks dry and sprinkle both sides liberally with salt and pepper. Sprinkle all over with thyme. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Place steaks on preheated grill over medium-low heat and grill, turning twice, for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 125°F.

Remove steaks from grill and increase heat to high. Meanwhile, stir together butter and miso until smooth.

Spread steaks with some of the butter mixture and sear steaks quickly, about 2 minutes per side, then remove to cutting board to rest. Spread with remaining butter to serve, if desired.
