1 bar (100g) 70% cocoa bittersweet chocolate, chopped |
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar |
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder |
3 tbsp skim milk powder (optional) |
1 cup mini marshmallows |
Whipped cream (optional) |
Directions
DIRECTIONS
Layer chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder and skim milk powder (if using) in tall glass jar. Top with marshmallows and seal.
To make hot chocolate:
Dump out contents of jar into a saucepan and stir with 2 cups Longo’s Milk set over medium-low heat. Heat, whisking occasionally, for about 2 minutes or until smooth and chocolate is melted. Slowly whisk in another 2 cups milk and bring to a gentle simmer, whisking often, for about 5 minutes or until steaming and hot.
Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream (if using).
