KIMCHI CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

3 tbsp Longo’s Organic Japanese Salad Dressing  

1 tbsp soy sauce

3 cups chopped Rotisserie-Style Chicken  

1/2 cup chopped Longo’s Kimchi  

1 pkg (142g) Longo’s Organic Spring Mix  

Directions

Whisk together 1/4 cup Longo’s Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil with salad dressing, soy sauce and 1/4 tsp pepper; set aside.    

Toss together chicken and kimchi in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss well to coat.    

Spread greens among dinner plates and top with chicken mixture to serve. Drizzle with extra salad dressing, if desired.
