Ingredients

1 cup 35% whipping cream |
2 tbsp granulated sugar |
1 container (510mL) Longo’s Curato Lemon Gelato |
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest (optional) |
1/4 cup Longo’s Organic Fruit Spread (blueberry or strawberry) |
1/2 cup Longo’s Honey Roasted Pecans, crushed |
4 Longo’s Maraschino Cherries or 1 tsp grated lemon zest (optional) |
Directions
DIRECTIONS
Using an electric mixer, whip cream with sugar in large bowl until stiff peaks form.
Scrape gelato into cream with lemon zest, if using; beat with electric mixture until just combined.
Spoon half the mousse into 4 dessert or parfait cups. Spoon half the fruit spread overtop. Sprinkle with half the pecans. Repeat layers once. Top each parfait with a cherry or lemon zest, if using.
Enjoy immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
