Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp Longo’s Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pkg (454g) Longo’s LargeRaw Black Tiger Shrimp (31-40ct), peeled and deveined

1/2 cup Longo’s Curato Traditional Pesto with Pine Nuts

1 pkg (500g) Longo’s Curato Organic Artisan Spaghetti

Directions

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes. Add pesto and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Meanwhile, boil pasta in large pot of salted water for about 12 minutes. Reserving 1 cup of the cooking water, drain pasta; return to pot.

Stir in shrimp sauce and toss with enough of the reserved cooking water to coat well and create a creamy texture. Serve immediately.
