Basic Smoothie Pack for One: |
1 cup chopped fruit of choice |
(such as Longo’s frozen mango, blueberries or strawberries or chopped fresh apple, peach, orange or pear) |
1/2 large banana, chopped |
1/2 cup packed Longo’s Organic Baby Spinach or kale |
1 cup Longo’s Signature 2% Milk or non-dairy beverage or juice |

Directions
DIRECTIONS
Pack fruit, banana and greens into a Longo’s Small Zipper Freezer Bag. Make as many bags as desired, multiplying the ingredients accordingly. Transfer sealed bags to freezer until ready to use.
Add a frozen basic smoothie pack to the blender along with milk. Add whatever extras you like (see list) to boost flavour and nutrition.
