MAPLE MISO SALMON DINNER

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp white soybean paste (miso)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Longo’s Maple Syrup

2 tsp Longo’s Whole Grain Mustard

2 steelhead salmon fillets (about 600g total)

1/4 tsp pepper

1 pkg (400g) Longo’s Kitchen Cooked Rice

1 pkg (400g) Longo’s Steamed Vegetables

Directions

DIRECTIONS

Stir together soybean paste, soy sauce, maple syrup and mustard until smooth; set aside.

Place salmon fillets on baking sheet lined with Longo’s Essentials Parchment Paper. Spread mixture evenly over salmon. Roast in preheated 425°F oven for 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Meanwhile, heat rice and vegetables according to package directions. Cut salmon into 4 pieces and serve with rice and vegetables. 

A Dash of Advice

For a roasted vegetable addition, simply add your steamed vegetables to the sheet pan with the salmon and roast alongside.
