MEATBALL MAC AND CHEESE

Ingredients
1 pkg (325g) Longo’s Frozen Garlic Bread
Half a 450g pkg Longo’s Fusilli Pasta
Half a 900g pkg Longo’s Frozen Fully Cooked Beef Meatballs, thawed
1 cup 35% whipping cream
1 1/2 cups Longo’s 3-Cheddar Shredded Cheese Blend
Directions
Heat garlic bread on baking sheet in preheated 400°F oven for about 10 minutes. Keep warm.
Boil pasta in large pot of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain well and return to pot.
Meanwhile, half or quarter meatballs. Set a skillet over medium-high heat and brown meatballs for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add cream. Bring to a simmer and stir in cheese. Simmer for about 3 minutes or until melted. Stir into pasta until well combined. Serve with garlic bread.
Tip: Change the flavour of this dish by substituting 1 pkg (450g) of any variety of Longo’s fresh sausage meat or fresh sausages (casings removed).
