PEAR CHIP BLONDIES

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Longo’s Organic All Purpose Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup Longo’s Essentials Country Churned Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
2 Longo’s Large Enriched Coop Eggs
1 tbsp vanilla<
1 cup chopped pear chips (see 'Pear Chip' recipe)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped Longo’s Pecans
1/2 cup each semisweet and white chocolate chips
Directions
In bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, whisk together butter and sugar until well combined. Whisk in eggs, one at a time. Whisk in vanilla. Pour over flour mixture and stir until just combined. Stir in pear chips, pecans and both chocolate chips.
Scrape mixture into 13 x 9-inch metal cake pan lined with Longo’s Parchment Paper, spreading to fit pan. Bake in centre of preheated 350°F oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool in pan on rack.
