PEROGIES SHEET PAN DINNER

Ingredients
1 pkg (907g) Longo’s Potato and Cheese Perogies
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tub (227g) Longo’s Tzatziki
Directions
Toss perogies with 2 tbsp Longo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil and place in a single layer on baking sheet lined with Longo’s Parchment Paper.
In large bowl, toss pepper, broccoli and onion with 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper and 2 tbsp Longo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle vegetables all over perogies on pan. Roast in preheated 400°F oven for 15 minutes or until the bottoms of the perogies are golden. Turn perogies over and return to oven for about 10 minutes or until bottoms are golden.
Serve with tzatziki.
