4 Longo’s Naan Minis

1 tbsp Longo’s Dijon or Whole Grain Mustard

4 slices Longo’s Curato Prosciutto

4 tbsp Longo’s Goat's Milk Cheese

1 cup loosely packed Longo’s Organic Baby Arugula

8 Longo’s California Pitted Prunes (whole or diced into quarters)

1 tbsp Longo’s Curato Balsamic Glaze

Directions

DIRECTIONS

Using 4 serving plates, place 1 mini naan on each plate. Spread mustard on each naan. Place 1 slice of prosciutto on each naan and spoon cheese overtop. Place arugula on the naan and top with prunes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

A Dash of Advice

If desired, warm the naan and prosciutto under a broiler for 2 minutes
