3/4 cup Longo’s Ricotta Cheese |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
2 tbsp Longo’s Signature Organic 2% Milk |
8 fresh strawberries, husked |
2 slices (1-inch each) Longo’s Cinnamon Coffee Cake |
Longo’s Signature Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena |
Directions
DIRECTIONS
Mix ricotta with sugar and milk. Cover and refrigerate.
Skewer strawberries onto 2 soaked bamboo or metal skewers. Grill strawberry skewers on greased preheated grill over medium heat, 1 minute each side. Grill cake slices, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove from heat. Quarter strawberries and cake slices.
Layer among each of 2 glass jars or small glasses 2 pieces of cake, 3 tbsp of the ricotta mixture, 1/4 of the strawberries and a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze. Repeat layers.
