2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 tbsp Longo’s Montreal Style Steak Spice |
1 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard |
1 tbsp Longo’s Signature Ancho Chili Smoked Grilling Oil |
1 tbsp Longo’s Signature Old Fashioned Barbecue Sauce |
4 strip loin steaks, about 3/4-inch thick (8 oz each) |

DIRECTIONS
Combine parsley, garlic, steak spice, Dijon, grilling oil and barbecue sauce.
Pat steaks dry with paper towel. Rub spice mixture all over both sides of steaks and let stand for 15 minutes.
Grill steaks on greased preheated grill over medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side for medium or to desired doneness. Tent with foil and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
