Ingredients

1/2 head green cabbage (about 2lb), thinly sliced

1/4 head red cabbage (about 1lb), thinly sliced

3 carrots, shredded


Dressing:

1 cup Longo’s Cider Vinegar

2 tbsp granulated sugar

4 1/2 tsp kosher salt

1 tbsp Longo’s Yellow Mustard

1 1/2 tsp sriracha

DIRECTIONS

Dressing:


In large bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and sriracha.



Add cabbages and carrots to bowl. Toss well to coat; cover and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
