1/2 head green cabbage (about 2lb), thinly sliced |
1/4 head red cabbage (about 1lb), thinly sliced |
3 carrots, shredded |
Dressing: |
1 cup Longo’s Cider Vinegar |
2 tbsp granulated sugar |
4 1/2 tsp kosher salt |
1 tbsp Longo’s Yellow Mustard |
1 1/2 tsp sriracha |
Directions
DIRECTIONS
Dressing:
In large bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and sriracha.
Add cabbages and carrots to bowl. Toss well to coat; cover and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
