2 scoops Longo’s Tiramisu Ice Cream (about 1 cup)

2 shots hot espresso coffee (about 1/3 cup)

2 Savoiardi biscuits or lady finger cookies Shaved chocolate (optional)

Directions

DIRECTIONS

Divide ice cream between 2 ice cream dishes or cappuccino cups.


Pour hot espresso overtop of each to serve. Add biscuit and sprinkle with chocolate, if desired.


A Dash of Advice

Chocolate Variation: Instead of espresso, use Longo’s Chocolate Milk heated until just boiling.Ice Cream Variation: Look for Longo’s new Italian ice cream flavours and make a variety of affogato to enjoy at the end of a meal!
