VANILLA ALMOND CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup Longo’s Chia Seeds

3 tbsp Coffee-Mate Bliss Almond Vanilla Pinch salt

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries

1/3 cup Longo’s Sliced Almonds, toasted

Directions

DIRECTIONS

Stir together almond milk, chia seeds, Coffee-Mate Bliss Almond Vanilla and salt in bowl.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and stir well.

Divide pudding among 4 bowls and top with strawberries, blueberries and almonds to serve.

A Dash of Advice

For a thinner consistency, stir in more almond milk before serving. For an added touch of sweetness, add a drizzle of Longo’s Maple Syrup overtop to serve.
