APPLE CITRUS CIDER CUPS

Ingredients

3 cups Longo’s Apple Cider

1 cup Longo’s Orange Juice

2 Longo’s Cinnamon Sticks

1 tbsp Longo’s Maple Syrup

8 apples

Directions

In saucepan, combine cider, orange juice, cinnamon sticks and maple syrup over medium-low heat. Gently bring to a simmer; remove from heat and cover with lid.

Meanwhile, cut top quarter off apple and carefully cut out core without cutting inside bottom of the apple. Using a melon baller or small spoon, remove inside of apple, leaving a 1/2-inch rim all around. Reserve inside of apple for another use (or snack on it while you are working on the cups). If the apples do not stand up straight, trim the bottoms slightly.

Ladle in apple cider mixture and add cinnamon sticks into apple cups, if desired.
