BANANA MOCHA SMOOTHIE-CHINO

1 large banana, halved lengthwise and sliced

1 cup Longo’s Organic Chocolate Milk

2 cups Longo’s Coffee, brewed strong, cold

Generous pinch Longo’s Essentials Ground Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Divide banana and pour chocolate milk into a standard ice cube tray; freeze overnight. (Make-ahead: Once frozen solid, cubes can be removed from tray and stored in a zip-top bag for up to 1 month.)

Combine cubes in blender along with coffee and cinnamon; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

A Dash of Advice

For a kid-friendly version, replace coffee with chocolate or regular milk.
