Ingredients
8 Longo’s Ontario Chicken Drumsticks
1/3 cup Longo’s Panko Bread Crumbs Japanese Style
2 tbsp Longo’s BBQ Spice Rub
1/4 cup Longo’s Essentials 100% Pure Canola Oil, divided
1 pkg (400g) Longo’s Fresh Cut Sweet Potato Fries
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
500g green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp Longo’s Essentials Country
Churned Salted Butter
Directions
Toss drumsticks with breadcrumbs and spice rub and drizzle with 3 tbsp of the oil to coat evenly. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Toss sweet potato fries with remaining 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper; sprinkle around chicken on same baking sheet. Roast in preheated 425°F oven for about 25 minutes, turning chicken once, until thermometer inserted into chicken registers 165°F and fries are golden brown. Meanwhile, place green beans in large skillet with 1 cup of water. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 7 minutes, stirring often, until tender but crisp. Drain well, toss with butter, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve chicken with fries and green beans.
