CHICKEN SOUVLAKI WRAPS

Ingredients

4 Longo’s Chicken Souvlaki Kabobs (about 500g)

3 cups Longo’s Organic Baby

Arugula or Longo’s Spinach

1 cup Longo’s Seriously Sweet Tomatoes, halved

1 cup diced cucumber

1/2 cup Longo’s CrumbledFeta Cheese

1/4 cup Longo’s Essentials Sliced Black Olives, drained

1/3 cup Longo’s House Blend Dressing (approx.)

4 Longo’s Pitas

1/3 cup Longo’s Tzatziki (approx.) 

Directions

Grill kabobs on preheated greased grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, for about 12 minutes or until thermometer registers 165°F. Let rest for 3 minutes. 

Toss together arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, feta and olives in large bowl. Add enough dressing to coat, then toss to combine. 

Tuck kabobs into pitas and dollop with tzatziki. Top with arugula mixture to serve.
