GRILLED BEEF SHORT RIBS WITH ASIAN PEAR SLAW

Ingredients

2 Asian pears, cored, peeled and julienned

1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced 

1/3 cup chopped fresh Longo’s Organic Cilantro

2 green onions, thinly sliced

2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

2 tsp minced fresh ginger

1/2 tsp Sriracha or Asian chili sauce

1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

10 to 12 Longo’s Teriyaki Asian-Style Beef Short Ribs (half a 1.81kg box), thawed

1/2 cup Longo’s Korean Grilling Sauce

Directions

Toss together pears, red pepper, cilantro, green onions, vinegar, ginger and chili sauce. Season with salt and pepper; set aside.

Toss ribs with grilling sauce to coat. Place ribs on preheated medium-high greased grill, turning occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly charred. 

Serve ribs with pear slaw.
